We use no chemical fertilisers or pesticides. The natural waste from hundreds of geese, chickens and turkeys on our farm feeds the soil.
We combat pests using herbal methods such as thyme and nettle, and manage weeds naturally without any chemical intervention.
Bees, ladybirds, foxes and owls are part of the farm's natural balance. Rainwater harvesting and solar energy support this philosophy of production.
Organic farming, production and processing are independently audited under certificate TR-OT-037.
