1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, buyers may exercise their right of withdrawal and return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
However, since olive oil and food products are subject to specific hygiene standards by their nature, the following conditions must be met in order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
2. Return Conditions (Special Conditions for Food Products)
For olive oil products purchased from our site to be eligible for return:
- The packaging, lid, and protective band of the product must not have been opened,
- The product must not have been tried, damaged, or used,
- The product must not have lost its resaleability.
Important: Food products whose packaging has been opened, whose lid has been opened, or which have been used cannot be returned in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, as they are not suitable from a health and hygiene perspective.
3. Return Process

- Products must be returned in their original packaging,
- Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer (unless the product is defective),
- Product photos confirming the condition will be requested before the return is accepted.
4. Refund
Once the returned product reaches us and is approved for return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. For credit card payments, the reflection time to your account may vary depending on your bank.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a return or replacement free of charge by contacting us within 3 (three) days of delivery. Return shipping costs for such cases are covered by Lea Olive Oil.
